– Operate and adjust the processes and responsibilities of each department as necessary to work effectively
– Formulate policies to protect and ensure the preservation of assets for the owner
– Develop a working environment at the resort that is professional, dynamic, and cooperative
– Analyze strengths, weaknesses, and challenges of the Resort & Spa to propose plans and strategies to best benefit the business, and present such plans and strategies to the owner
– Be held responsible for the performance of the Resort
