– Manage and direct all activities of Resort & Spa
– Strengthen and expand business activities
– Operate and adjust the processes and responsibilities of each department as necessary to work effectively
– Formulate policies to protect and ensure the preservation of assets for the owner
– Develop a working environment at the resort that is professional, dynamic, and cooperative
– Analyze strengths, weaknesses, and challenges of the Resort & Spa to propose plans and strategies to best benefit the business, and present such plans and strategies to the owner
– Be held responsible for the performance of the Resort
Required skills
- Work Experience: At least 3 year experiences as GM at 4/5 star ressort
- Education: International Hotel background
- Certification/License: Yes
- Other: Have ability to communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Be able to use computer
