– Should be able to lead and manage HR function to ensure recruiting process, employee relationship, setup payroll, benefit and people development
– Define evaluation method for employee
– Set up man power requirement, development and career plan
– Ensure process communication between BOD and employees
– Ensure company follow Government regulation due to industrial relationship and employee regulation
– Should be able to manage GA function
必要なスキル
- University Graduation with minimum 5-10 years experience
- Have experience in manufacturing industries (automotive / electronic )
- Good communication and negotiation skill (English is required)
