Job description
• Receive the instructions from Production Director to drive work flow smoothly among departments;
• Responsible for receiving information, requests, critical issues from production departments regarding production and quality issues and then report to Production Director for guidance or resolution;
• Planning and organizing production schedules in terms of highest quality and effective productivity
• Responsible for supervising production process, coordinating and allocating task/activities/cases in various production departments to minimize late cases and ensure good quality standard in compliance with the Company’s quality control and Production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered and followed
• Understand, monitor and follow the production processes as well as quality criteria;
• Work with line team members to drive production flow to maximize productivity while minimize/avoid production bottle neck;
• Track technicians’ daily production output and provide coaching to improve technicians’ productivity;
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues causing defects, and recommend preventative actions;
• Implement and adhere to health and safety procedures that have been trained
• Track and control all the materials in production to ensure that these materials usage is within the parameters of the bill of materials;
• Work with Maintenance Department to schedule the maintenance program to avoid machinery problem
• Recommend solution to improve output, product quality and safety;
• Manage, lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve the set objectives and goals;
• Receive and provide feedbacks to staff performance, implement staff performance evaluation and review objectively;
• Identify skills level of technicians for the skilled improvement purpose
• Other assignments will be assigned by Production Director or Upper Management Board
