Radio Network Services Engineer (2G/3G/4G/5G Technology)
NIC’s Client
Purpose:
– Achieve and maintain a high-quality level of the 4G/3G/2G Radio Network Services, and ensure high quality performance on all technical activities, and the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
– Provide effective technical support and continually seek for quality improvements within the Mobile Network Optimization project for multi vendors.
Main duties:
– Doing drive test to find the issues
– Analysis the drive test logfile to do optimization
– Analysis and provide solution for customer/sale complaint
– Monitoring, analysis and optimization Radio Network KPIs
– Using Driver less solution to do optimization.

- University degree or technical college qualifications in telecommunications.
- Welcome for freshman.
- Having basic knowledge about cellular system concept ( 2G/3G/4G/5G Technology )
- Familiar with Excel, Power point tool
- Independent, self-motivated, and well organised with an analytical mind.
- Willing to study new technologies
- Excellent Team Player
- Can use English well
