Sales Manager (FMCG – MT)

Job Description :
•	Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
•	Develop, organize category management, proposal and promotion plan for MT channel sales activities
•	Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
•	Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
•	Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
•	Coach and lead MT team for best performance and career development
•	Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions
•	Perform other job-related as assigned
Job Requirement:
•	English skill: Advanced
•	Data management
•	4 years college course graduated, major related to Sales, at least 5 years working at same position
•	Professional for MT market sales.
•	Leadership to manage sales team
•	Experience at Germany or Japanese distribution company is highly preferred
