Sales & Marketing Manager (Label/ Printing/ Packaging)
NIC’s Client
– Leading the current Sales and Marketing team (HCMC & Hanoi), reporting directly to Vice General Director.
– Maximize share of sales potential at current customers through better understanding of their needs and business strategies, providing solution to and nurturing long term partnership with key/strategic customers.
– Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities in Vietnam, responsibility through improve understanding of key markets and customers, including end user specifies on converters.
– Rigorous management of product portfolio to focus on high value opportunities.
– Other tasks as requirement.

- Gain clear understanding of markets, competitors and opportunities in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills, written & spoken in English needed (knowledge of business required).
- Experience in PSA Labels and/or printing/packaging industry is advantages (minimum 5 years).
- Mature; Committed; Traveling; Flexible and Adaptable in a changing world.
- Computer literate with good reporting skill.
- Reasonably high level of “self-starting” thinking and independent required due to complexities of doing business in the Vietnam.
