Salesman (SAC project):
– Manage Key Accounts, build up special caring program to strengthen, seeking and take care contractor, consultant
– Build up relationship with consultant to do spec-in
– Build up relationship with contractor to secure Projects
Common jobs (for salesmen in general):
– AR (Account Receivables): Follow up customers’ payment to make sure payment is received in due time, cooperate with Finance team to monitor customers’ payment
– Customer development: expand sales net work, new customers by chances
– Report sales progress and result frequently: daily, weekly, monthly
– Keep tracking on market movement and competitors’ activities and information
