• Monitor and track ASP performance on Power and Cooling
• Ensure fulfillment of SLA and Network KPI targets
• Drive improvement plans assigned by Operational Assurance or MSCOO
• Coordinate with Delivery Units on issues related to Power and Cooling
• Secure the appropriate training and competence lift of dedicated FSO staff on power and cooling
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of FSO and ASP with respect
to Power and Cooling.
