Transmission Engineer (Telecommunication – 2G, 3G, 4G)

– Field maintenance, handling all field maintenance in network, like corrective and preventive maintenance & also network changes that requires physical intervention
– Delivery of the contracted services in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
– Meeting the contracted KPI’s in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
– Customer Satisfaction in the designated area for Transmission Network
– Deliver Contracted KPI’s, ensure no service credits or penalty
– Responsible for all Change Request activities
– Employee performance and satisfaction of the assigned employees
– Ensure Zero or process deviations for Transmission Network
– 1st level of escalation for customer complaints and major network incidents
– Transmission related training sessions for field engineers
– To Manage and control operational resources and costs
