MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead channel marketing department to achieve commercial goals
– To lead, motivate and develop a team of channel marketing professionals to deliver the strategic shopper,
channel and customer agenda to execute winning behaviour changes at the point of purchase
1 Perfect Execution
• Lead and execute the program with close working relationship with sales and head office
2 Channel Strategy and implementation
• Create and embed a clear 3 year strategy for sustainable profitable growth of portfolio and brands by channel.
• Optimise channel profitability and activity ROI in a sustainable way
• Translate 3 year channel strategies into SMART yearly objectives and winning channel operational plans
3 Channel Activation Plan Execution
• Ensure the flawless execution of yearly channel operational plans, delivering agreed objectives on time, on strategy and within budget.
• Roll out outlet visibility and channel/brand promotion with close alignment with brand marketing team and sales
• Develop channel specific programs to support sales needs
4 POSM Management
• Manage implementation of visibility item & POSM with the right brand at the right channels/outlets
• Manage POSM distribution/allocation towards warehouse/depot and monitor stocks level
5 SA management
• Manage implementation of SA with the right brand at the right channels/outlets
• Lead SA training programs including presentation,selling skills, brand and beer knowledge
• Recruit and deploy SA for outlets, special eventsand sponsorship arrangements
6 S&OP
• Join S&OP process for Sales department as a contributor to forecasting process
7 Customer program
• Develop and execute trade promotion and incentiveprograms
• Organize trade relations events ie. customer appreciation dinners, incentive trips
