• Achieve the budgeted sales objectives by providing an exceptional Retail sales & service experience
• Be the brand ambassador by promoting and demonstrating the brand and product in- and outside the store
• Assemble the best possible sales team. Interview and selectively hire the most qualified candidates, provide time-efficient and thorough training and maintain the skills and well-being of current staff with motivational incentives and evaluation
• Supervise a retail brand staff, meet customer needs and plan and coordinate sales, merchandising and budgeting
• Address customer needs by immediately resolving conflict, inspiring long-term customer relationships and creatively placing and rotating merchandise in a way that best catches customers’ attention.
• Work closely with Marketing and Retail departments to prepare and participate in ongoing campaigns, events and other marketing activities
• Manage store maintenance


• Possess a minimum of four years of working experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within luxury goods or consumer electronics as well as the network in the industry • Experience in a senior management role • Demonstrated leadership ability/team management (Strong leadership attitude) • Good communication (eloquent, orally as well as in writing) and interpersonal skills (communicate well with clients and colleagues) • Commercial mindset • Result and customer oriented • Strong competitive attitude • Be a team player with good integrity and exceptional work ethic • Be responsible, trustworthy and hardworking • Comfortable making decisions within area of expertise • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Be flexible i.e. able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays when required • Fluent in English
