HSE&S Senior Officer
Our client is a leading multinational manufacturer of electrical equipment, operating its production facility in Bac Ninh since 2010. As part of its production expansion plan, the company is looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support its growing manufacturing operations.
– Implement and maintain the HSE management system in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, company standards, and Vietnamese regulations.
– Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
– Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
– Manage fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) activities, organize emergency response drills, and ensure the readiness of all fire protection systems.
– Deliver HSE induction and safety awareness training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
– Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, energy consumption, water usage, and emissions.
– Promote HSE awareness and foster a proactive safety culture across all departments.
– Monitor updates to HSE-related legislation and ensure factory compliance with applicable legal requirements.
– Prepare HSE reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and participate in internal and external audits.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
– Minimum 4–6 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems.
– Strong knowledge of Vietnamese regulations related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention & firefighting.
– Experience in risk assessment methodologies (HIRA, JHA, FMEA), incident investigation, and CAPA implementation.
– Fire Prevention & Firefighting (PCCC) certification is an advantage.
– Professional working proficiency in English.
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
– Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
