- Develop the Company’s marketing strategy.
- Manage and develop the Company’s brands and new products through campaigns such as domestic and international trade fairs, product showcases, commercial advertising, promotional policies, community programs, etc.
- Manage the Company’s brand image and identity, including:
- Designing and improving logos, images, slogans, etc. for the Company’s domestic and international brands.
- Developing image systems, signboards, and visual materials for departments, factories, and large display boards for raw material areas.
- Designing and improving product packaging, product designs, and advertising signboards at the office and factories.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and report on marketing activities, while proposing improvement plans to enhance effectiveness.
- Support marketing activities in international markets.
- Manage and take responsibility for communication materials, press releases, website content development, forums, fanpages, etc.
- Take responsibility for internal communication activities and coordinate with relevant departments in producing videos and visual materials.
- Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Manage and develop the marketing team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Proficient in English, especially reading and writing skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Creative and able to keep up with market trends.
- Strong management and work organization skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Salary: Negociation ( 30M – 45M)
