Robotics Application Engineer for Electronics
NIC Global is partnering with a leading robotics solutions provider to recruit a Robotic Engineer for a cutting-edge electronics manufacturing facility in Nam Định, Vietnam.
– Write, test and debug robot programs and related software.
– Install and set up robots and peripheral equipment at customer locations.
– Lead on-site commissioning and final acceptance of robotic systems.
– Train customers on robot operation and basic maintenance.
– Provide technical input to the sales team during project proposals.
– Investigate and resolve issues in the application process.
– Prepare Failure Analysis (FA) reports, track action items, and update Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Measure and report key performance indicators like cycle time, Cpk and Overall
Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
– Work with customers on Design of Experiments (DOE) and analyze test results.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu
– Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a
related field;
– At least 3 years’ experience implementing and operating robots from ABB, Fanuc,
Universal Robots, etc.; experience in the electronics/3C industry is a plus; team
management experience is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of robot control systems, PLC programming, and basic
electrical/electronic principles.
– Excellent communication skills, self-driven, responsible, and able to work under
pressure and in cross-functional teams.
– Language skill: Fluent Chinese speaking & Ability to read and interpret technical
documents and specifications in English
Benefit
– Basic salary: Up to 30,000,000 – 35,000,000 VND;
– Total Allowances: 11,100,000 VND/month, including:
• Phone allowance: 500,000 VND
• Lunch allowance: 1,400,000 VND
• Flexible allowance (Saturday work): 4,000,000 VND (adjustable)
• Site work allowance: 5,200,000 VND
– Business Bonus: 3–4 months’ base salary per year;
– Holiday & Tet Bonus: 5.5 million VND per year
– Event Allowances: Summer Outing & Year-End Party: 4.7 million VND per year
– Clear pathway to become Onsite Team Manager at the Nam Định or Bac Giang site.
