IT Business Analyst Team Leader (Banking/Finance)
Planning/budgeting
• Prepare and maintain action plan based on business requirements
• Periodically evaluate the department performance and improve efficiency of its activities
Day to day activities
Plan and manage resources in the department to fulfill the following spheres of activities:
Business Requirements/Change requests:
• Conduct analysis of business & user needs in order to develop required documentation for the implementation or revision of systems & applications projects for specified business units
• Lead and conduct interviewing tasks
• Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms that can be used by SW
• Cooperate with Development/Systems Administration team and third-parties to implement on systems/applications, design, validate & manage the implementation of the solutions
• Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design
Testing: Work in conjunction with the business users and Development/Systems Administration team, responsible for the creation and execution of application test scripts, scenarios, and test plans that validate initial business requirements
Training: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to design, plan and deliver user training
Support: Deliver Level 2 support for systems/applications to users
Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests
Undertake other tasks and duties assigned by Head of IT Business Analysis
Kỹ năng yêu cầu
• University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT management positions, preferable in banking or financial business
• 3-5 years of experiences in Systems Development and Business Analysis
• 3 years of experiences in Vision Plus
