– Find and open new accounts, retain and develop existing accounts in Southern market
– Provide Technical Consultation and Water Treatment proposal for Boiler, Cooling Tower, etc to potential customers
– Set Sales Target, KPIs.
– Hire, train and support Water Treatment staff.training for water treatment staff.
– Get goals done and carry out action plan assigned by Manager

- English: 4 skills are a MUST
- Minimum of five years in cooling tower/boiler water treatment sales/service required
- Knowledge of cooling tower and boiler water treatment required
- Ability to thrive in an environment of frequent change; possess a strong ability to adapt and respond with decisive action to such change.
- Ability to drive measurable results.
- Must have technical aptitude, excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities coupled with strong customer orientation and communication skills.
