Commercial Executive
Job Description:
– Take responsibility for contract management of customer and supplier contracts
– Act as the focal point for new supplier requests, perform due diligence checks and audits as required
– Support the purchasing function with purchase order administration processes and ensure compliance to policy
Requirements:
– Demonstrable evidence of working in a commercial role within a relevant industry
– Solid understanding of commercial practices, ability to draft contract amendments, contractual letters
– Sound knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
– Proven negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all level
– Self-motivated, proactive, confident and highly collaborative
