Job Description:
– Supervising workers; organizing and monitoring work flow
– Maintains workers by selecting, orienting, and training workers
– Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
– Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing workers on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Job Requirements:
– 2-3 years working experience in shoe production
– Experience in similar role
– Chinese is preferable
