Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree; candidates having technology background or knowledge preferred;
• Outstanding track record of selling similar products in IT/Development Outsourcing for
local and regional clients;
• At least three to five years in a sales representative role within IT/Development
Outsourcing;
• Deep knowledge of the local and regional IT/Development Outsourcing business;
• Ability to contribute to the company profits; take initiatives in approaching clients and expanding customer base;
• Building, cultivating and managing C-level client relationships;
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
• Highly organised with exceptional verbal communication skills;
• Ability to think logically under great pressure;
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
• Fast learner and passion for sales;
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ambitious;
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations;
• Hardworking, persistent, and dependable;
• Positive and enthusiastic;

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research alongside Managing Director for our target markets to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media; generate new business leads and arrange meetings with potential clients;
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services;
• Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology;
• Recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients;
• Provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships;
• Recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses;
• Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
• Build and maintain relationship with partners & clients;
• To ensure proposed solutions meet the needs & functional requirements of the client;
• To negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and close sales and handle objections;
• Collaborate with the technical team to achieve better results;
