Construction Manager – Big Multinational Company

Main responsibilities:
• Be a Head of Construction Department.
• Oversee and manage construction site as well, and comply with Standard and Safety regulations.
• Monitor the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and instruct all Sub-constractors for each project.
• Prepare system, procedure for construction work.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirement:
• Male, age from 30 to 35.
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience proven in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and statistics.
• Ready to work overtime, go on business trip, work at site.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent time and project management skills, especially in industrial field.
