Associate Lawyer

– Draft and revise various types of commerical/business contracts including Share Purchase Agreement(SPA);
– Legal Due Diligence tasks in respect of LURC/Asset transfer transactions and M&As;
– Advise on Labor regulations for FOEs in Vietnam and draft and revise labor contracts and internal regulations;
– Draft application dossiers for establishments of FOEs in a variety of business sectors in Vietnam;
– Coordinate and liaise with competent authorities and ensure the safe results to assist the client’s business goals;
– Prepare legal research, give legal advice, provide legal analysis of business issues, and draft various type of business contracts;
– Follow up with the client’s business projects in Vietnam and monitor any legal changes pertaining to each client;
– Report to managing partner and work with other lawyers and staff as a team;
– Maintain the highest level of professionalism and code of ethics as a lawyer.
