Business Development Manager
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
• Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets
• Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory Assigned
• Ability to develop long term relationship with clients
• Good relationships with Carriers to support Product teams would be beneficial.
• Very good knowledge of the local market/ clients which would assist in closing New business.
• Good Knowledge of Key Verticals to Focus Efforts well.
• Business Acumen to Identify Trends & Changes not only locally but globally.
• Good communication skills both verbal & written to work with Local & Global teams in meeting client expectations
• Create, Maintain and Work on New Business pipeline which would help meet budgets.
• Ability to take challenges and pressure of monthly performance measurements
• Develop strong internal communication systems to give feedback to Customer Services/ Operations on client complaints.
• Follow-up with clients on out standings.
• Meet the organizations/ target expectation on minimum number of sales calls
• Actively participate in Weekly Sales meetings/ Pipeline review Calls
• Good knowledge of MS office which would assist in monthly reporting.
