– To liaise with government officers and ensure school compliance to all government authorities
– To implement school Standard Operation Procedure
– To oversee implementation of school curriculum, enrichment programme and school activities such as graduation concert
– To manage teaching staff and to ensure sufficiency of academic resources
– To be the main liaison person with parents
– Prepare all necessary reports as specified in the Standard Operation Procedure
– Be responsible for all fee collection and the keep-safe of the monies in school

- Must have the necessary qualification and experience and approved by the authorities (e.g. Education Department) to be the school Principal
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must have matured personality and is able to handle situation with tact
- Must be a good role model for all staff in the school
- Must be dynamic and is able to multi-taskb
