Marketing Manager
– Build and conduct marketing strategy for company and marketing plan for all the products to achieve the annual sales target.
– Plan and build up Corporate image and brand image.
– Analyze sales, customer, market data, consumer insight to define the right segmentation; target and position the products in charge.
– Develop, implement and control marketing programs (above and below the line) as per the annual approved budget.
– Prepare selling prices and sales policies for customers.
– Carry out the market research and sales analysis to implement suitable & productive market development plan adjustment.
– Prepare annual budget and monitor Advertising and Promotion expenses against the approved annual budget effectively and efficiently.
– Coordinate with related sections and departments to ensure effective sales & demand planning.
– Support line manager to build market evaluation report and develop new products, new market and new segmentation.
– Manage Marketing team.
