QC Group Leader
A. Responsibilities:
• Train and follow up subordinates to achieve work goals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle market quality issues.
• Report progress status and work results to the manager.
B. Main Job Description:
• 1. Take actions to achieve the objectives.
• 2. Train to subordinates to achieve high efficiency in work.
• 3. Monitoring and tobe window to receive customer claim then distribute to responsible person.
• 4. Promote and follow up investigation cause, take action and countermeasure activities of customer complaints.
• 5. The worst shipment model and part group analysis from data and proposed quality issues for improvement.
• 6. Issue handling process for customer claim if necessary.
• 7. Visit & Survey the actual situation/ error at customer’s place.
• 8. Set up air conditioner for test or checking follow condition
C. Other Job Description

Kỹ năng yêu cầu
A. Must-have request:
• Group management.
• Understand well about PDCA concept and ISO system.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in QC field
• To be aware of QC tools as 7 QC tools, QC story.
• Fluently in office software: Power point, word, excel (formulas, pivot, …)
B. Preferable request:
• Good at analysis database
• Good at analyzing & do report.
• Teamwork and high responsibility and bear well with high pressure.
• Good at management & convincing people
