Transmission Support & Trainer
• Field maintenance, handling all field maintenance in VNM network, like corrective and preventive maintenance & also network changes that requires physical intervention
• Delivery of the contracted services in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
• Meeting the contracted KPI’s in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
• Customer Satisfaction in the designated area for Transmission Network
• Deliver Contracted KPI’s, ensure no service credits or penalty
• Responsible for all Change Request activities
• Employee performance & satisfaction of the assigned employees
• Ensure Zero NC’s or process deviations for Transmission Network
• 1st level of escalation for customer complaints & major network incidents
• Transmission related training sessions for field engineers
• To Manage and control operational resources and costs
