Description:
– Create, Supervise, update all processes, procedures, legal documents about card transaction operations
– Preparing process/ report to control and approve Card verification activities
– Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve disputes and fraud cases
– Participate in development of product and card service project
– Participate in system setting and testing
– Manage Customer experience and quality framework of cards operation
– Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities
– Other tasks assigned by Head of Operations
Kỹ năng yêu cầu
Requirement:- Card Operations knowledge and experience
- 05 Year experiences in processing chargeback disputes of Card, and at least 2 years in similar position
- Deep knowledge of Card operations
- Experience in manage fraud/ dispute
- Charge back Unit experience
- Good knowledge of credit card system and processes
- Good in English
- Effective Communication
