HR Staff
• Manage company’s recruitment process: screen/shortlist/interview candidates, conduct reference check, generated related documents (refuse letter, offer letter, contract, etc.), orientation;
• Promote healthy work environment within the company;
• Define and develop compensation and reward program, legal compliance, HR surveys;
• Proceed monthly payroll calculation and relevant compensations for staff members;
• Prepare and follow up labor reports, insurance (social/health/unemployment) and PIT tasks;
• Other assigned tasks
Kỹ năng yêu cầu
• Min 5 years experience in similar position (preferable in construction industry of multinational organization);
• Good command of written and spoken English and ability to prepare reports and statistics;
• Sharp, careful, dynamic, self-managing;
• Proficient computer skills.
