Production Supervisor

Job Brief
As Production Supervisor, you will be in charge of production planning, management and process of company. The successful candidate will be able to perform technique, good communication and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
– Responsible for safe operations in the production area with support of safety team;
– Ensure good housekeeping production area according to company policies and 5S program;
– Directly control people in assigned area and practices to ensure discipline, continual improvement;
– Ensure the process on line and company’s rule are followed;
– Control material wastage and finish good reject rate;
– Involving in planning of production schedule, manpower, process flow and quality plans;
– Managing ~ 100 workers.

Requirements
– Male only
– At least 5 years working experience as Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent;
– Good command of English;
– Ability to work under pressure; can-do attitude.
