Recruitment Executive (10tr – 12tr)
Job description
– Receiving and analyzing recruitment needs
– Discussing with related department heads to identify and specify job requirements
– Advertising, attracting and searching candidates CVs from both internal & external
– Composing and posting advert (on newspapers, job websites…)
– Searching candidates CVs from recruitment websites
– Working with head hunter for high level position
– Implementing other interview process (telephone interview, screening, short-listing, HOD to interview for final decision, etc…)
Requirement
– With at least 3-4 years related work experience.
– Prefer candidate who have ever worked in real-estate
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
