Senior Sourcing Executive (Agricultural Products)

Job description
– Searching agricultural products in Vietnam and export to Korea.
– Responsible for the evaluation of supplier performance and compliance when considering Contract renewals.
– Engage suppliers by leading the end-to-end supplier selection and bidding processes across high
– Value spend and continuous improvement processes.
– Define category specific sourcing strategy plans and lead the sourcing process to include market. and baseline analysis, manage suppliers, develop and implement strategies, perform supplier. Capability assessments, continuous improvement and benchmarking that supports the category.
– Support office jobs such as checking sales contract and sales activity (Exhibition support and Seminar)
Requirement
– 2-3 years the same level
– Graduated from university
– Have experiences for inspection before shipping out to Korea
– Someone has a skill for negotiation for price
– Someone can handle and control manufacturer
– Candidate who can schedule shipment
– Candidate must have knowledge regarding food export to abroad especially to Korea
– Candidate who has a good ability to look for new item or item required from Korean buyer
– Candidate who can source from online and offline both sides together
– Who know KFDA (Korean Food and Drug Administration) rules and standards (Plus points).
