Recruitment Consultant Leader
Team management
– Lead and grow a team of recruitment consultants, interact with top management of client organizations in Manufacturing/ Industrial/FMCG/ IT/Tech.
– Manage and lead a team (2-3 consultant) to fulfill search assignments, oversee their individual accounts and meet assigned target/
– Coaching and develop the team members necessary skills in recruitment process, customer service and business development.
– Handling big job orders and conducting interviews or following up for proposals from key clients.
Business Development
– Active market the company/services to clients and candidates.
– Assist with division/company business development needs.
– Build up/ maintain good client relationship
– Work with client companies, find out their business, culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and develop business relationship with them.
– Ensure the recruitment process speed and result of candidate qualifications.
– Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career path.
