Technical Lead PHP

• Participate as member in software development project, develop, test and deliver software product meeting requirement specification and product qualities;
• Provide technical document, when needed;
• Responsible of supporting Junior members and solving technical issue;
• Review and ensure quality of development work;
• Provide technical solution; produce technical design document, when needed;
• Complete tasks assigned by team leaders or senior managers;
• Provide necessary training/coaching for team member.

Skills required:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or equivalent;
• Proven software development experience in PHP;
• 2-3 year experience as software engineer;
• Fluent in either English or Japanese (Japanese is a plus);
• Knowledge of software design pattern;
• Experience with software development life cycle;
• Experience in outsourcing service with foreign customers;
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong leadership, analytical, fast learner;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Ability to multitask, work under high pressure and fast-changing environment;
