Position Purpose (Mission):
Digital Fundraising Co-worker / Asst. Director will:-
Support and Drive Digital Fundraising for the National Association.
Support Digital Infrastructure of the National Association.

Key Performance Areas and Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation of Digital Fundraising Strategy with focus on reach, acquisition and engagement in the National Association.
Innovate & explore new possibilities in digital fundraising in the country.
Support digital fundraising technical setup, implementation of tools and knowledge exchange.
Recognise synergies with other areas of fundraising (e.g., corporate partnerships) and implementation.
Align with individual giving offline.
Drive, initiate and coordinate fundraising campaigns in National Association.

Essential Values, Behaviors and Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and English. Good knowledge of innovation in digital fund raising Good interpersonal skills Team oriented and self-driven Good computer skills Willing to travel as and when requiredQualification & Experience: Minimum desired qualification is Bachelors in Business Administration / Marketing Should have minimum work-experience of 4-5 years or more in digital marketing. Should have a reasonable flair for writing content related to digital fundraising. Experience in social media, internet marketing, email marketing, search engine advertising, etc. Experience in online fundraising will be an added advantage.
