Production coordinator

Job Description:
– Co-ordinate with office and related departments for production schedule, inventory and other logistics issues
– Follow up closely with factories and office to ensure schedules are on time
– Responsible for following up products matters, including report preparations, presentations
– Upon Production Planning Schedule approval, prepare & arrange PP meeting prior to starting bulk production to ensure that all comments & requests are implemented accordingly
– Ensure all materials are properly arranged, monitoring material delivery based on production schedule
– Work closely with QC/QA team for Final inspection schedule

Job Requirements:
– Good written and spoken English and or Chinese is a must
– 2 – 5 years experience in production follow up role in shoes production/factory
– Able to work independently
– Good command of computer skills, eg. Excel, Word
– Committed, mature and good in communication
