Onsite Leed Manager

• Handle entire Onsite Coordination & Documentation of LEED Green Measures – from Early works through to Commissioning & Handover.
• Liaise with other Site teams like Construction, Procurement, EHS, QA/QC, for execution of LEED requirements.
• Maintain accountability with Project Head and Project Sustainability Lead on all LEED progress and deliverables.
• Track the LEED Scorecard continuously, and generate periodic Action Item Lists to communicate outstanding items in execution of Onsite LEED measures.
• Handle Client Presentations for On-Site LEED Execution Progress, when needed.
• Give periodic Green Education Presentations to all Site Staff.
• Possess Commercial awareness to support Project Management in dealing with Waste Haulers, and other vendors for executing Sustainability requirements on site.
• Possess sound Technical understanding of all the LEED Credits, particularly Construction Credits.
• Provide lateral support to LEED Online documentation submittals.
• Keep up to date on trends in Sustainable Construction, including LEED best practices, and utilize the knowledge in project site.
• To promote safe working practices and protect the health and wellbeing of all employees and sub-contractors and customers;
• To behave in a professional and responsible manner at all times;
• To protect the interest of the company;
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management
