Chief of Representative Office (Garment/ Textile) – Hanoi

– Manage Hanoi office’s operations.
– Lead the Northern team to achieve given budget (production, quality and sales).
– Plan and execute sales strategies with regional sales manager.
– Monitor and co-supervise production in Northern facility.
– Co-manage the quality and logistic operation in North.
– Interview, train and coach the staffs on daily operation.
– Maintain relationship with key customers and instruct for immediate problem solving.
