Senior Sourcing Specialist (FMCG/Healthcare)
– Implement aggressive targeted sourcing initiatives to generate a pipeline of passive candidates that will thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic work environment
– Establish first point of contact for identified candidates
– Identify niche candidates for positions through various sourcing and recruiting methods
– Partner with internal teams and external sources to generate niche sourcing tactics, leverage resources, and innovate recruiting processes
– Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating consistent candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
– Builds candidate pools for future requirements and consistently meets assigned metrics and goals
– Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting associations, Universities, media, job board candidates, and Internet sites, social networking such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, current database as well as other methods
– Provide a top notch candidate experience and professionally represents Pearl Interactive Network, Inc.
– Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
– Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
– Bachelor Degree in Human Resource preferred.
– Minimum of 2-3 year experience in headhunting companies or used to work in agencies / outsourcing companies
– 2 or more years of experience in the FMCG / Healthcare Industry as the same position as internal / in-house recruiter
– Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands.
– Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously.
