On May 15, 2026, in Hanoi, the 9th Congress of the Hanoi Young Business Association (HANOIBA) for the 2026–2031 term officially took place with the theme “Transformation: Creating Transformation – Reaching Breakthroughs”, marking an important milestone in the development of the capital’s young business community.

The 9th Congress not only serves as a significant milestone marking the transformation of HANOIBA but also as a convergence point for aspirations of innovation. With a receptive spirit and a desire to contribute to general development, Mr. Than Van Hung – President and CEO of NIC Group – was honored to be part of the Congress Presidium and will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the HANOIBA.
