What You’ll Do

  • Identify and approach potential clients who need Amazon product listings, store optimization, or full-service account management.
  • Pitch and present our services clearly to business owners, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Negotiate service terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for a smooth handover after sales are closed.
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends and competitor offerings to strengthen your pitch.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both one-time and recurring services.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Must have strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing sales
  • Experience in sales, account management, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Organizedproactive, and comfortable handling multiple leads
  • Fast learner who can adapt to changes in services or market trends
  • Goal-oriented and resilient under pressure

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month
  • Earning with commission: Can earn up to 40,000,000 VND/month
  • Base salary is fixed and not affected by KPI or sales performance
  • Mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews for salary adjustment

Working Hours & Probation

  • Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
  • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).
  • Culture of Ownership: Team members are expected to stay beyond official hours when needed to ensure outcomes and team success.
  • Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit and may end the collaboration if necessary.
