HSE Specialist
– Assist in implementing and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system.
– Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
– Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
– Coordinate and deliver HSE awareness programs, training sessions, and safety inductions for employees.
– Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
– Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, permits, and compliance reports.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Support emergency preparedness, response activities, and compliance with applicable HSE regulations and industry best practices.

Required skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
– 1 year of HSE experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
– Strong knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
– Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in Vietnamese with a good command of English; HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA) are an advantage.
