– Understand requirements/spec sometimes from simple document written in English/Japanese, sometimes from talk/chat by Japanese person, sometimes from analyzing spec with insufficient information by discussion
– Collaborate and having same understanding with Japan side frequently while considering situation on both side

Required skills
**What You Are Good At**- At least 3 years experience for software development in any role
- At least 1 year experience for MySQL
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Having a familiarity with understand spec of software
- Able to understand what a person explain including abstraction correctly by talk/chat**Soft Skills**- English (speaking/listening/writing/reading)
- High engergy, proactive and high responsibility in working
- Love to communicate with people
- Able to feel fun to work with Japanese
- If having Japanese (reading) , it’s better.
