Senior Architect

– Develope early design proposals based on clients brief and design guidelines.
– Ensure timely delivery of projects that are executed within established deadlines and
budgets.
– Coordinate with the Technical Project Manager and other departments.
– Daily contact with clients in starting meetings, in order to understand their needs.
– Make site visits to check on construction progress.
– Preparation of proposal submissions for clients.
– Produce detailed drawings.
Requirements:
– Graduated Architect with 5 years of working experience.
– High Level of English language is essential, written and spoken.
– International track record of designing new concepts from clients needs.
– Travelling and disposition.
– Autocad 2D/3D
– Photoshop
– Revit (BIM)
– Office
