Job Description

** Description:

– To manage and control all existing resources: man, material, machine, tool, system, and all equipment, breathe the spirit to all production member and leading the coordination with the supporting departments: PPC, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, etc, in order to run the production smoothly and produce finished product on time with right quality and right quantity.
– To calculate cycle time every process in production line meets the tact time (customer order). Conduct improvement activity to decrease cycle time and total lead time, improve and equip the process or machines or propose to add machine and manpower when line capacity is below the order volume. List up main problems or troubles to become first priority to solve. Update the daily schedule to catch zero minus.
– To create a conducive work atmosphere, building up a solid teamwork and develop high disciplinary among the workers in order to always work according to the prevailing SOP (Standard Operational Procedures). To monitor and improve the 5S condition, making safety map all area, maintain the clean and lean work area and the zero accident. Upgrade the skill, moral and ethics of employees by giving some training, coaching and counseling. By all means the disciplinary culture will grow initially from example by the superiors.
– Making Production department KPI which also involves the Manufacturing control points such as Safety and health, 5S, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Kaizen, Cost and Human cultivation; make the activity plan and evaluate the result periodically, in order to achieve company target.
– Set up cost reduction program by listing up all items that costly potentially reduced, like: rejection rate, overtime, productivity up, 100% manpower load, unnecessary work station or process, consumable usage, material usage, alternative tools, electricity usage, lost or damage in process and space of work area..

** Requirements:

4-5 years experience as production supervisor or 1 year experience as deputy Production manager
– Having strong leadership and interpersonal , that could be an activator and coordinator for production sections and cross functional team consists of 100 employee
– Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering
– Proactive and self learner, willing to have at least 1 year overseas training
– Having experience in making department KPI that derivates from division KPI and spell out the activity to every section, arrange the committee and review schedule.
– Having strong analytical thinking to be able to rapidly and effectively implement required countermeasures for the day-to-day troubleshooting
– Strong computer skill and can communicate well in English both oral and written
– Having strong business sense and cost consciousness to make lean and efficient production.
