Legal Manager – Funding

– Protecting company’s interests in co-operating with banking-financial partners;
– Supporting departments in funding projects.
– Prepare / review the drafts of project documents
– Researching and analyzing local laws/regulations to support to other departments
– Support other departments in negotiation, execution and closing of all project
documents.
Required skills
- University degree in law
- Post university degree is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in Reputable law firms
- Good knowledge in Legal and direct experience in manage funding contract
- Excellent in using English
