Recruiter( Japanese N2 Skill)
– Japanese skill: JLPT N2
– Work directly with Board Memebers and Managers on sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
– Create and implement staffing strategies
– Constantly improve recruiting processes
– Be knowledgeble, make good relationships with internal members and understand why people should work here
– Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
– Create strong network within and outside: attend meetups, hackathons and create new communities
– Good command of Written and Spoken in Japanese (at least N2)
– Smart and hard working.
– Logical thinking
– Able to work independently
– Previous experience in recruiting field preferred
– Person who can share ideas and communicate with anyone.
– Have wide network.
– Excited to maintain and expand your network in IT software field.
