Job Description
Position : International Sales Assistant
Working location : Ho Chi Minh City
We are looking for Candidate individual with strong personalities, business success oriented, great integrity, Good communication skills, excellent leadership, and hands on experience in generally managing a similarly dynamic business (sales preferable).
Job Description:
– Brief: The profile will be a mix of Sales / Trader / Relationship Manager. Any candidate who has FMCG experience can handle this job well.
– Conduct outbound lead sourcing and qualification.
– Generate client appointments and sales leads through direct email and telephone contact
– Research sources for developing prospective customers and utilize company-provided
information to determine potential
– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
– Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and trends.
– Maintain thorough documentation of prospecting activity and documents information obtained during sales calls and presentations into Sales Force.
– Generate new sales leads thru cold leads
– Must be able to negotiate thru factory buyers and traders
– Strong communication skills and cultural differences in the international market
– Follow up shipments, service clients and perform relationship manager role
– Overall: Identify market opportunities and try to convert them onto sales
– Handle customer complaints, defaults and disputes.

Preference:
– Preferred candidates from FMCG sales and marketing segments.
– Having Import and Export Knowledge
– Proven ability to work independently in an office setting and within a virtual team environment

Requirements:
– Experience: 2-6 years
– Education: Any basic graduate. Minimum Qualification
– Language: English (Read, Write, Speak), Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak)
– Salary: best in the industry +bonus+ annual incentives.
