Pre-sale:
– Support all Tenders & Proposals: supporting Core 3 for all activities related to tendering/bidding: preparing document, printing, copy, binding
– Announcement writing including support ITC BO on Win Announcements
Customer liaison and partners:
– Hand-carrying correspondence letters between Company – VNPT Team and customer
– Organize all events with customer – Project Kick off meeting, Project Performance Review (PPR) meeting
Back-office Support:
– Concur claims, visas and travel approvals. Book travels and coordinate everything for VNPT
– Maintain calendar for all new meetings and invites for VNPT
– Expenses – Entertainment operating and claim
– Gordon orders – approvals – follow operating procedure to approve
Project Support:
– Support project set-up
– Assist with follow-up Resources Plan/MORE requests to GSC and global with GRMs
– Support VNPT Governance meetings – KA weekly review every Monday – PPR weekly meeting every Thursday – ESG monthly on Thursday of 3rd week – MoM and follow-up with Action Plan
– Run report and/or follow-up with relevant stakeholders to obtain reports. Ie. Financials Forecast,
– PO’s issued follow operating procedure to approve
– Acceptance Test Document preparation
– Support Site Handler
– Support to get ATP signature from customer in difference region
– Maintain and update VNPT Projects Portfolio Key Milestones
