Deputy Animal Feed Sales Manager

– Developing new business whilst maintaining and growing existing accounts.
– Training and coaching Sales teams to ensure targets are being achieved.
– Creating sales campaigns to drive business across the region.
– Preparing and managing business tenders.
– Preparing budgets and managing P&L.
– Producing reports and forecasts.
Required skills
- University degree in Business Administration.
- 4 - 6 years experience in a commercial role with over 2 years at management level.
- Must of managed a large team of direct reports.
- Have a network within the farming industry or have animal feed experience.
- Good communication in English.
